How To Buy

1. Submit the Order Form on the homepage with the item name and quantity.

2. We will send you an order confirmation and payment details.

3. For now, we only accept payments via bank transfer and electronic transfer via QR Code.

4. We will send all paid orders to our Collection Centre every Monday morning.

5. You must collect your order anytime between Monday (from 2pm) and Saturday (up to 3pm) the week following your order, otherwise storage charges of RM1 per item per day will apply.

6. No additional packaging is provided other than the original packaging the item came with.

Privacy & Safety

We respect your privacy so we keep your data strictly confidential and ​at no time provide it to any other party. This also means that we will not be sending you any emails on new arrivals, offers and promotions so do check this site regularly.  

Shipping

Our Collection Centre will be happy to give you a quote for packing and shipping your order to you. Just WhatsApp them with your order number after 2pm on Monday!

Payment Methods

We currently only accept payments directly to our bank account and electronic transfers via QR Code.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for all items purchased from our retail partner stores. Unfortunately, due to the low prices for items listed here, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges and all sales are final. If you need items to be in mint condition, we suggest you purchase from a retail store where you can satisfy yourself as to the condition before you purchase.

Missing/Damaged Parts

In line with the policy of the publishers, should you be so unfortunate as to receive any missing/damaged parts, you will need to email them directly for replacements.
