FAQ

  • How often do you have new stocks? Are stocks limited?
    We order monthly from the various publishers we represent between February to November each year and have no shipping in December and January. For d2c, we order anything between 1 to 20 cartons of each SKU depending on the price point and while they are not limited, publishers don't always have stocks available to ship when we place orders.
  • What are pre-orders?
    All stocks listed are in stock unless specifically stated as "PRE-ORDER". For pre-orders, a 30% deposit is required and the estimated date it will be ready for collection will be stated. No refund will be entertained but if you do change your mind, you can use the deposit to purchase any other item.
  • How do I order?
    Just let us know the following and hit the "SUBMIT" button on the homepage! - Item Name. - Quantity.
  • How do I make payment?
    We will send you an order confirmation and bank details. For now, we only accept payments via bank transfer or electronic transfer via QR code.
  • Are these original items?
    Yes! We are the sole/authorised distributors for all the products sold here. All the items are brand new and shipped directly from the publisher.
  • What do the different categories mean - d2c, SR, LE, OOP?
    d2c refers to brand-new items shipped directly from the publisher together with all the other items we sell in our retail partner stores. SR refers to items recalled from stores if they do not sell after 3 months. LE refers to items that were released as Limited Edition. They may or may not still be available for sale from the publisher/3rd party sellers, but they are one-time print runs and will not be published again. OOP refers to non-limited edition items that are no longer being published at the moment, but may in future be published again if the publisher decides to do so.
  • Are all the products in mint condition?
    All items sold here fall into 2 categories: 1. Shipped directly from the publisher. Although these are "fresh from carton", there will always be the occasional scuff/ding due to shipping. These items are brought in exclusively for sale on d2c. 2. Recalled from stores after 3 months. These are items we recall from our partner stores if they cannot sell after 3 months. They may have the usual shelf wear.
  • Do you have other Collection Centres?
    We will have a Collection Centre in Penang in January 2024, but there are no plans for any other at the moment.
  • Do you provide shipping to my delivery address?
    No, we do not as the very low price we are offering the items cannot justify the time, effort and risk to pack and ship orders. The good news is that our Collection Centre is a full-service Mail Box Etc (MBE) store, so they will be happy to quote you for packing and shipping, although it will be at your own risk.
  • Can I return or exchange my products?
    We allow full returns and exchange for all items purchased from our retail partner stores. Unfortunately, as we are offering all items here at a price less the commission we usually pay to our partners, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges as the cost, time and effort cannot justify it. If you need the item to be in mint condition, we suggest that you buy it personally from a retail store where you can satisfy yourself with the condition before you purchase.
  • What happens if I have missing and/or damaged parts?
    We follow the policy of the publishers - you unfortunately need to email them directly to obtain the replacement parts.
